Taking a trip to DIsney soon but my brother's elderly mother-in-law insists in sleeping with the light on. We are staying at the Disney's Art of Animation Resport. Can we call our Disney hotel in advance and request that she be given her own bedroom?

    Hi Kerwin!

Thank you for submitting your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! The Art of Animation Resort is not only a resort, its an experience!  The resort offers themed family suites (Cars, Finding Nemo and the Lion King themes) which consists of a bedroom and small living room/dining area. The bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room/dining room have essentially two double beds. Assuming you reserved a suite, you may want to have your brother's elderly mother-in-law sleep in the bedroom, where she sleep comfortably with the light on (and the door closed). If you reserved a standard room (Little Mermaid theme), then you may want to explore the option of reserving a second room. If you wish to make changes to your reservation, you can do so by calling (407) 939-7429.

If I can help you with any other last minute planning questions, please feel free to send me your questions!

    Have a great vacation!
