Hi there! We are taking our son, who will be 4, to the World in August to meet his very favourite characters, Aladdin, Jasmine and Chip and Dale. We are doing 2 park days, at Magic Kingdom and Animal Kingdom. How can we ensure we don't miss his heroes?

    Hello Julie,

I am glad to see that you are getting a head start on planning the details of your summer Walt Disney World vacation. Your son is going to have the time of his life and meeting his favorite characters will certainly make it that much more special. I bet you cannot wait to see him light up when he meets them, so be sure to have your camera ready!

I highly recommend you get the My Disney Experience mobile app, if you have not already done so. This free mobile app is one of the handiest tools you will use while on vacation. It has interactive maps, up to the minute wait times for attractions, menus for dining locations, and most importantly, you can locate your favorite characters and find out when they will be greeting guests. Since character meet and greets can change or vary from time to time, this app is a fantastic way to get the most up to date information.

Aladdin and Jasmine typically greet guests near the Magic Carpets of Aladdin attractions. You can also sometimes find them in the Morocco pavilion in Epcot. Over at Disney's Animal Kingdom, Chip and Dale can often be spotted at Rafiki's Planet Watch. They also host a fantastic character meal at The Garden Grill in the Land Pavilion in Epcot.

May all his vacation dreams and wishes come true. August will be here before you can say "supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!"
