We are going to be taking my son to WDW for his 5th birthday. I know with all the excitement he will be crashing early. We are trying to find a place to stay that will give my husband and I the ability to stay up later than 7:30 on a budget. Thanks!

What a fabulous fifth birthday celebration your little guy is sure to have!  Oh, but don't I know your predicament.  I totally understand the need for a separate sleeping area, Tara.  Have you considered a stay at the Fort Wilderness cabins?  Fitting into Disney's moderate resort category, the cabins offer seclusion for families as well as a two-room cabin that allows for adults to stay up watching TV or whatever while the little ones catch up on their Z's in the back bedroom.  My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay there a few years ago.  The resort's recreational opportunities, too, added to our entertainment options.  It might be just the spot for your family to stay.
