I am taking my son (11) and daughter (7) to WDW in December. i really wanted to splurge on Girl's Perfectly Princess Tea but don't know what to do with my son during tea time. Any ideas?

    Hi Dorothy!

Please, please, please take her to the Perfectly Princess Tea Party.  I just got back from my vacation an hour ago (literally).  I saw the beginning of the Tea Party in the Grand Floridian.  Each girl is crowned, then has rose petals scattered over her head, and announced before they enter.  It's AMAZING!!!

I think that your son would LOVE going to Downtown Disney.  He can go to the Team Mickey store and get a remote control car that he can build and customize to his specifications.  It's called RideMakerz and it's SUPER popular with the boys.  So popular that my son (age 10) has made me swear that I'm getting him one this week!  You can also book him for The Pirates League.  It's very cool!  Here's the information for that event.  Keep in mind that The Pirates League does need a separate theme park entrance.

I hope this helps!  Have a magical vacation!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
