I will be taking my niece and nephew (14 and 15) to Disney World this September as a birthday gift. I am not their legal guardian so wondering if this may cause any problems, e.g. legal guardian needs to sign for Sea Raycers. Any suggestions of documents I

    Hi Sarai,

You just might win the "World's Best Aunt" award for this trip! You will need to have a document stating you are responsible for your niece and nephew in order to sign waivers whenever necessary. It's been my experience the Cast Members may not always request to see the documents, but it's always best to be prepared. You'll want to consult with their parents, and possibly an attorney, to ensure you have the paperwork you need for your trip.

I hope you have a most magical trip with your niece and nephew, Sarai. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

    Have a Disney day,
