We are taking our 21 month old (22 1/2 month old at the time we travel) in March for his first trip to meet Mickey! I was wondering if March 8th - 13th is a high peak time and what the best day to visit Magic Kingdom would be?

    Hi Rhonda,

Since Easter is in March this year, many schools are having their spring breaks during that month.  I think that will make the parks more crowded this year.  Are you staying at a Disney resort?  If you are, you can take advantage of Extra Magic Hours to visit the parks an hour before the general public.  The day the Magic Kingdom opens early during your trip is the 13th.  If you able to attend that morning, you will be able to ride on nearly all of the Fantasyland rides within a couple of hours.  If you are staying off-site, I would visit the Magic Kingdom on the other days since you won't want to arrive at a park already filled with guests.  Also, don't forget about using fast passes to help beat the crowd.  If you don't know about these, please don't hesitate to ask the panel.

As an FYI, Hollywood Studios on 3/8, Animal Kingdom on 3/10, and Epcot on 3/11 have Extra Magic Morning Hours.
