We're taking our 18 month dd to WDW, I was wondering if you had any suggestions for sleeping schedules & arrangements at the Polynesian? We took her at 10 months and stayed at Coronado, which was great b/c we could put the p/p in the bathroom.

Hello Heather!  You are going to LOVE experiencing Disney World with an 18 month old!  It really is so much fun!!!  Since I have five kids, I also understand the value of being prepared when it comes to sleeping arrangements.

I talked to a Cast Member from the Polynesian Resort, and she said the room is configured to fit the pack-n-play in two areas.  First, there is a small sitting area in your room.  However, this sitting area is in the main room area.  If your 18 month old is like my children, this will not work.  My children would be sitting up talking to us and not sleeping!  She also said she knows of many guests who have put the pack-n-play in the bathroom.  The bathrooms in the Polynesian Resort are spacious, so this might be your best bet.  The only drawback for the bathroom being your baby's "bedroom" is that the sinks are INSIDE the bathrooms.  This just means you would have to be completely ready for bed to put your baby down to sleep.

I hope this helps you in your planning.  You are going to love the Polynesian Resort!  Have a magical time on your vacation, and "See You Real Soon!"
