Taking the kids for the first time in Ocotober (ages 9 girl and 7 boy). Trying to decide to have a chracter dinner. Our daughter is not intereted in the princess dining. The two we are researching is Chip-n-Dales and Chef Mickey's? Thanks

Hi Michelle - both the Garden Grill at Epcot, and Chef Mickey's at the Contemporary are great choices for dinner (Chef Mickey's also offers breakfast).  I prefer the food at the Garden Grill, but there are more options at Chef Mickey, so if your family would prefer to eat from a buffet, I'd choose Chef Mickey.

The Garden Grill offers a family style menu, and platters of food are brought to your table.  The food is all you care to eat, so you will definitely not leave hungry.  Much of the food is grown/raised right in the Land pavilion, so it's extremely fresh.

Chef Mickey's is a fun atmosphere with some great food choices.  My kids loved it there - it's colorful, bright, and cheerful.

    Have a great vacation!
