Hi Brenda,
It's settled. You have officially won the Grandmother of the Year award! A suite might not be less expensive than two rooms because it depends on the resorts and the special offers available at the time. I would suggest that you book a villa because it will keep the family together and you will have access to a kitchen. I recommend looking at the
Deluxe Villa Resorts. During my girls' first visit, we traveled with their grandparents and stayed at
Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa in a two bedroom, two bath villa. Since that time, we have stayed at the Contemporary Resort.
Bay Lake Tower at Disney's Contemporary Resort has two bedroom villas that can sleep up to nine adults.
Like the Contemporary Resort,
Disney's Polynesian Villas and Bungalows have access to the monorail. The Bungalows sleep up to eight adults. The Polynesian also has a
Children's Activity Center - Lilo's Playhouse for children ages 3 - 12. We love the amenities at Deluxe Villa Resorts!
Since you have little ones and a larger party, I suggest that you make your
Advanced Dining Reservations 180 days in advance. Also, consider purchasing
Memory Maker. It will give you access to all of the PhotoPass photos you take during your visit.
Happy Planning!
