We're taking our first trip to Disney over Christmas and we're so excited! Can you tell us the best place to park our tired feet to watch the parade? We'll have grandparents along and three fairly young children. Cheers!

    Hi Penelope,

I would be excited too! Visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during the holidays is extra magical! The Parks and Resorts are beautifully decorated and overflowing with the spirit of the season! I'm sure your family will make some very special memories!

FastPass+ is available for preferred Parade Viewing. Guests who have a FastPass+ can view the Parade in select locations along the Parade route. However, you do not need a FastPass+ in order to find a great spot to watch.

One of my favorite places to view the Parades in Magic Kingdom Park is in Frontierland. Grab a drink and a snack from Golden Oak Outpost or Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn and Cafe, have a seat along the curb, and enjoy the parade. The Parade starts in this area, so it's the first area to clear out once the Parade is over.

My fellow Panelist Jennifer V. also has some wonderful recommendations for Parade viewing. As you will see, there are many different areas in which your family can rest your feet, grab a treat, and watch the magic!

I hope this information helps. Please visit us again if you have any more questions!
