We are taking our first family trip to Disney in Feb. I would like for my little girl to do the Bippity Boppity boutique. Do you need reservations? Why is there such a price difference in the services offered?

Hi, Elisabeth! The Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique is a salon (hair, makeup, nails) where little girls are magically transformed into princesses by Fairy Godmothers-In-Training at two WDW locations: The World of Disney at Downtown Disney and at Cinderella Castle inside the Magic Kingdom. Appointments are necessary (407-WDW-STYLE).

At the time of this posting, there are 3 tiers of packages available at both BBB's, and they vary in price based on the services/products chosen.  For instance, if you and your child choose basic hair and makeup styles, your price may be as low as $50 (plus tax). If you and your princess choose the Castle Package with full hair, makeup, nails and a princess costume, then your package will start at $190 (plus tax).  Then, there are "upgrades" that cost extra such as accessories, jewelry or deluxe costumes.

To make the experience extra special, shop around for a princess costume at home or online at The Disney Store so that your princess can thoughtfully pick out her costume and/or accessories. Then, call your Disney resort to inquire about shipping your items to the resort and holding them until your arrival.

For an even more magical presentation, contact the Disney Floral & Gifts Dream Makers at 407-WDW-GIFTS to incorporate her costume into an in-room celebration or as a part of a special presentation at a restaurant. You can give her a Royal Welcome!  You'll be amazed at what they can do to make your little girl's experience an unforgettable event for the whole family!

Have a wonderful day, Elisabeth, and a magical vacation!
