We're taking a family vacation and I'm going a few days early. Can I use our family Memory Maker early, under my dad's name, if I'm listed as friend/family on his account? Or will his only activate once he arrives, meaning I need a separate one?

Hi Emily!  Your family is really going to enjoy Disney's Memory Maker photo service.   I have used it twice since December and love how simple it is to capture, and download all those precious vacation memories. Don't forget some of your favorite attraction photos are included in your purchase, so make sure you look your best as you plummet to the briar patch on Splash Mountain.

Emily, you will be welcome to start capturing photos as soon as you arrive at Walt Disney World, even if it is a few days before the rest of your party.  Just make sure you are listed as a family and friend of the Memory Maker entitlement holder.  Your photos will be available for viewing for 45 days after they are taken.  Be sure your dad begins his download process of the pictures before that time period is over. Once he downloads his first photo,  he will have 30 more days to capture memories.   You will not need a separate account, so get ready to smile and say "BIG CHEESE."

I hope you make beautiful memories at Walt Disney World with your family.   If you need any other assistance before you depart on your magical adventure, please let me know!
