We are taking Disney Cruise Line transfers to our resort after the cruise and would like to visit the parks the same morning. If we do express walk off, how soon can we expect to be back at WDW so we know how early/late to book FastPasses for?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Jordan!

You are doing it RIGHT!  I love planning a land and sea vacation to enjoy both a high seas adventure and magical journey to the parks in the same vacation.

I do appreciate the Disney Cruise Line Ground Transportation and how easy it is to just jump onboard and head to the our favorite kingdom.  The first coach to Disney resort hotels from the port is at 9:00 AM.  As your coach may stop at other resorts along the journey to your home away from home, I would recommend you book any activities such as FastPass+ reservations or Advanced Dining Reservations after 12:30 PM.  This will ensure you have plenty of time to get to your resort, check in and travel to the park.

I am thrilled that you will be experiencing Halloween on the High Seas!  Our very first cruise was a Halloween sailing and it was scary how much fun we had.  Be sure to keep an eye on the Halloween Tree in the atrium for some extra magic.  Also, if you have the opportunity, you may want to consider extending your spooky spectacular with Mickey's Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.  This party is a great way to meet some special characters, try some haunted treats and enjoy trick or treating at the most Magical Place on Earth!

Have fun making thrilling, magical memories, Jordan!  Bon voyage and happy sailing!  Angie
