We are taking my daughter to WDW for five days for her 5th bday in February. We don't know if we should get 5 days of tix to the parks, or only 4 because a lot of people say to allow one day in the middle to rest, with no parks. What are your thoughts?

    Hi Amber!

I just got back from a week vacation at Walt Disney World.  Obviously, I'm a Disney freak and I'm raising my kids to be also.  We did two parks in two days and then took the third day to enjoy our resort and relax.  By then we were exhausted!  We ended up having room service breakfast, going to the pool and heading to Disney Quest in the evening which was a blast.  My point is that  I would advise you to give yourself a day to relax and enjoy the rest of Disney World.  It's so much more than just the parks.

I hope this helps.  Have a magical vacation!

Magic Kingdom still takes my breath away, but my favorite place to be is on a Disney ship looking at the horizon and breathing in that crisp, clean ocean air!  I love planning Disney vacations for others and making sure it's more than they dreamed. Learn More About Marisol
