We're taking my daughter to DL Aug 30 to celebrate her 2nd birthday. We're staying off property but I think it's within walking distance so we can go back to our hotel for her naps. How many times can we go in and out of the park per day?

    Hi there, Veronica!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel. I’m thrilled to hear you’re planning a birthday celebration for your daughter at the Disneyland Resort! I have two little ones who blow out their candles in the month of August too!

You’re welcome to enter and exit the theme parks as often as you like during operating hours. Feel free to come and go as needed to accommodate your daughter’s schedule--just be sure to keep your theme park ticket handy, and be prepared for your photo to be taken when you first enter a theme park so you can be identified for re-entry throughout your visit.

Be sure to pick up a complimentary birthday button at City Hall in Disneyland Park or at Guest Services in Disney California Adventure Park. It can be customized with a name so the birthday girl will receive personalized wishes from Cast Members all day! If you have any table-service meals planned, let your server know you’re celebrating a birthday because you may receive some extra magic during your dining experience.

I hope this helps you plan the perfect birthday vacation at the Happiest Place on Earth, Veronica. Please write back with more questions as your pixie-dusted preparations continue!

    Wishing you magic,
    Courtney
