    Lea Asked

I would like to surprise my husband with a round of golf at one of the 18 hole championship golf courses. Can he use a disney gift card to pay for it? And what does it cost for a round of golf? Trip scheduled for 9/13. Thx!!

    Hi Lea!

Disney offers guests the opportunity to enjoy golfing at four 18 hole golf courses and one 9 hole golf course.  Palm, Magnolia, Osprey Ridge and Lake Buena Vista courses offer challenging courses and have been the site of PGA events over the last few years.  The nine hole Oak Trail course was created for younger and less experienced guests to enjoy a golfing excursion at Walt Disney World.

Fees for golfing vary depending on time of year as well as time of day.  Guests staying on property are able to take advantage of discounted pricing.   A plethora of information on Disney golf, from courses to varied pricing, can be found at the independent website WDWgolf.com.  Pricing for 18 rounds of golf is $75 for a Disney resort guest, $80 for day guest.  Golf clubs and shoes can be rented at the Pro shop.

Disney gift cards can be used to pay for your golf excursion once you've arrived at the course, but reservation of tee times must be done with a valid credit card.  To reserve your tee time, please call (407) WDW-GOLF.

Hope this helps you plan your magical vacation!
