    How can I make sure my park tickets is linked to mde? It was bought as a package and assumed it was but when I went to check it all out and see if I could view the different tiers ahead of time to book it says to link tckts? Could it be bcos it's not t

    Hi, Samantha!

    I am not really sure I am understanding all of your question, but let me give it a shot!

    When you purchase a travel package directly through Walt Disney World, either online or by phone, your reservations should show up under your My Disney Experience account when you select "My Reservations and Tickets" once your deposit is paid.  If you booked in another way, you may need to link your reservation and/or tickets manually.

    Since it sounds like just your tickets are not showing up, let's try some troubleshooting....Log onto your My Disney Experience account.  Look under "My Reservations and Tickets."  Scroll down to "Tickets and Passes" to see if your tickets are listed.  Hopefully you will see them in this section. 

    Still no luck? Let's keep going!
    -If you booked directly through Disney, call (407)W-DISNEY.  Have the friendly cast member look up your account to get everything straightened out.
    -If you booked through a third party or travel agent, you will need to contact them directly.


    One last thought:  If you are going directly to book FastPass+ you will not be able to see this option until you hit your 60 day FastPass+ booking window.

    I am not sure I helped you with my answer, but hopefully with a phone call or two you will be able to get your account fixed so you can begin planning your magical vacation.  Good luck!
