We will be staying at WL, and so I understand that we can use the kids' club at either WL or Poly. We have friends who will be staying at a value resort. Are they able to use these kids' clubs also? Or do you have to be staying at a deluxe to use them?

Hi, Patrick!  Anyone can use any of the Walt Disney World kids clubs, whether you are a resort guest or not.  You'll find them scattered throughout the resort area, and in addition to the Wilderness Lodge and the Polynesian, you'll find Simba's Cubhouse at Animal Kingdom Lodge, the Sandcastle Club at the Yacht and Beach Club resort area, and there's also Camp Dolphin over by the Dolphin resort.

If you know you'll want to bring your children, it's best to call ahead and make a reservation.  Children over the age of three who are potty trained are welcome, and the upper age limit is 12.

You can find more information on the activity centers by checking out Walt Disney World Kids Activities.  Have a great vacation!
