I am staying at WDW May 8-14. Is it a good time for visiting? Which weather will I find? I am from Peru and not familiar to US seasons. Is 1 day enough to visit MK? I am planning 1 day in e/park and 1 day for water parks & Downtown Disney.

The middle of May is a fine time to visit WDW. This is just before the summer rush, so the crowds will not be too crazy. The weather in May is hot, but probably not unbearably so. Average highs are in the mid 80s (F) and average lows are in the mid 60s (F). Bear in mind that these are just the averages and any particular year might be very different. I always check the website weather.com a few days before my trip just to make sure that nothing too odd is happening that I will have to pack differently for. While you should be able to wear shorts and T-shirts most of the time during your trip, I would make sure to also bring a sweater or light jacket because some of the restaurants in the resorts can be over-air-conditioned for my tastes.

As far a how much time to allot for the parks... Most people feel like they can experience what they want to in a day at the Animal Kingdom or Disney's Hollywood Studios. Also, a day is plenty of time to have fun at one of the water parks and Downtown Disney.

Epcot and the Magic Kingdom are another story. Some people need two days at Epcot depending on their interests. To me, Epcot is really almost two separate parks. The Future World side and the World Showcase side have many activities available and very different feels to them. Some people with small children might skip the World Showcase altogether. Or others who are big shoppers or eaters, might skip Future World. I feel like to get the full Epcot experience you need two days, but others disagree. Almost everyone agrees that to experience the full Magic Kingdom without going crazy, you need two days.
