We are going to be staying at WDW All-star sports February of 2011...my question is, my parents are planning on coming to join us for a day at Magic Kingdom...is there a cost for them to park at our resort and ride the bus with us??

Hi, Tania!  My in-laws live in Central Florida and often join us at the resort to spend a day shopping, dining, and visiting the theme parks.  They have never incurred any cost to park at the hotel.  When they arrive at the resort, they usually just let the security guard know that they are there to visit us, and they have to provide photo identification.  They have sometimes been given a temporary pass to put on their dashboard, but other times, they have just been waved on through the guard gate.

I also have a daughter that attends school in the area, so if I am flying in, I still ask for a parking pass for a vehicle.  She very often comes to join us at the resort, or we might drive her to work to borrow her car for a day.  I use the pass in her car on those occasions.

    Have a great vacation!
