Moderate resort check in

We are staying at two different resorts while at DisneyWorld. What is the easiest way to transfer from one resort to the other?

Hi Jennifer! Thanks so much for visiting the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

We have transferred from one Resort hotel to another many times and in true Disney fashion, they have a system that works beautifully!

When you are ready to check out from your first Resort hotel, simply contact Bell Services and let them know your luggage needs to be transferred to the second Resort hotel. When the Cast Member from Bell Services arrives at your room (or if you take your luggage to Bell Services), you will confirm the Resort hotel you are moving to and you will both count the number of bags to be transferred. You will be given a serialized claim check tag with the number of bags noted. Bell Services Cast Members typically tell us the luggage will be transferred between 1:00-4:00 pm.

There is no need for you to go to the new Resort hotel that morning to check-in. With your luggage taken care of, you are free to go enjoy your day knowing your items will be transferred for you. Be sure to plan accordingly and keep anything you will need for the day with you rather than checking it with Bell Services.

When you arrive at the second Resort hotel, let Bell Services know you have arrived and your bags will be delivered to your room.

Thank you for sharing your question with the Disney Parks Moms Panel. Please let us know if you need any further information as you plan your magical Walt Disney World Resort vacation!
