    Jaclyn from NY Asked

If I am staying at the Swan Hotel, how far in advance can I book my fast passes and my dining reservations? Is it the same rules as staying on property?

    Hi Jaclyn,

Congratulations on your upcoming Walt Disney World vacation!  I have had the opportunity to stay at the Walt Disney World Swan & Dolphin a few times in the past while attending conventions being held at the Walt Disney World Resort.  During these "work and play" visits, I had great experiences staying at these hotels and found my favorite features to be their signature heavenly beds and close proximity to Epcot.

You will be happy to know that Guests staying at the Walt Disney World Swan or Dolphin hotels may make their FastPass+ selections now up to 60 days in advance.  In order to make FastPass+ selections in advance you need to have your hotel reservation and theme park tickets linked in your My Disney Experience account.  Here is another link which describes in more detail about FastPass+ and How to Make FastPass+ selections.

As for your Advanced Dining Reservations, currently all Guests may begin making their reservations for table service restaurants up to 180 days in advance.  Since some restaurants and dinner shows are very popular, it is usually a great idea to make your Advanced Dining Reservations as soon as your booking window opens up.

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your vacation planning question.  Please let us know if you have any further questions, we are always happy to help you plan your next Magical adventure!

    Blessings,
