I will be staying at All Star Sports Resort in wdw I was wondering in a standard room if you can request a king size bed or do they all come with two double beds

    Hi there, Kimberly!

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!  With your Walt Disney World Resort vacation upcoming, I know you must be counting down the days!

Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort is such a fun place to stay during your Walt Disney World Resort vacation!  I really enjoy walking around to see all the unique and fun – not to mention, larger than life – themeing throughout the Resort!  Now that my boys are a little older and we are living (and loving) sports, they enjoy it as well!  Unfortunately, Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort does not have king sized beds as an option.  The rooms all come with a two double bed configuration.  I am not sure who is included in your travel party, but my family has found that in a similar situation, one kid gets to sleep with mom and the other with dad!  They love it – and….well, I maybe get a corner of the bed since I usually draw the short straw and get the super wiggly sleeper!  But, when you’re at Walt Disney World Resort, nothing can dampen that excitement!

Just so you are aware, as far as Value Resorts go, Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort do have king sized beds available as an option, as well as all of the Moderate and Deluxe Resorts.

Have a wonderful and magical vacation, Kimberly!
