    Anna from ON Asked

Hi, we are staying at All Star Sports in Late September. I thought I read somewhere about optional daily room cleaning and some sort of discount if u opt out of getting your room cleaned each day. Can you please provide details. Thanks Anna

    Welcome BACK, Anna!

Are you ready to shrink down to the size of a toy and experience the brand new Toy Story Land in Disney's Hollywood Studios? Keep an eye on the Disney Parks Blog for daily updates about all of the new sights, smells, attractions and eats that you'll find in September.

The 'Service Your Way' program is available at all of Disney's Value and Moderate Resort Hotels, including the Cabins at Disney's Ft. Wilderness Resort. The basics are you'll receive a Disney Gift Card in the amount of $10 for every night of your stay minus one. (The minus one night accounts for the room cleaning upon checkout.) So a six night stay will net one $50 gift card, a 14 night visit will be $130, two rooms in one reservation for four nights = $60, etc.

The full details: This offer is open to guests of select resorts who have at least a two-night stay. Those interested must opt-in at check-in. (Those using Online Check-in can swing by the front desk the same day of their arrival and still get in on the offer.) By participating in this program you are agreeing to decline all Mousekeeping services during your entire stay. However, you may still call Housekeeping or the Front Desk to request new towels and amenities as often as you'd like during your stay. The Disney Gift Card will be emailed to you almost instantly in the total amount you are to receive, and it can be used almost everywhere across all of Walt Disney World Resort. You can even use it to pay down some of the charges made to your MagicBand!

I hope this helped in your planning, Anna, and We'll See You Real Soon!
