We will be staying at All Star Music Resort. If we arrive before the check in time, can we leave our luggage in the hotel so we can go to the theme park right away? After check out, can we leave our luggage in the hotel while we go to a lunch reservation?

Hi, Maria Lourdes! Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel and thank you for bringing this question to us. I can certainly understand wanting to get your vacation started as quickly as possible! You can absolutely leave your luggage at the resort if your room is not ready when you arrive. Simply head to Bell Services at Disney's All-Star Music Resort, and they will provide you with a claim ticket to present when you come back. If you completed Online Check-In, which can be done up to 60 days in advance, then you may receive a text or email with your room number once it is ready for you.

You are more than welcome to also have Bell Services hold your luggage for you while you are enjoying your lunch on your last magical day.  If you are using Disney's Magical Express to travel from your resort to Orlando International Airport (MCO), keep an eye on the time once your lunch concludes. You will want to give yourself plenty of time to get back to your resort and claim your items before Disney's Magical Express motorcoach picks you up. Your pick-up time should be three hours in advance of your flight home.

All Walt Disney World Resort hotels offer a Resort Airline Check-In service. If your airline is one of the listed participating airlines, you can check-in for your flight that morning at your Resort hotel and even check your luggage at that point. This service will transport your luggage to MCO for you. You will then only need to check your carry-on luggage with Bell Services.

I hope this information helps you plan your arrival and departure, Maria Lourdes. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
