We are staying at All Star Movies, my parents who live in Florida would like to visit us at the hotel. Will they have to pay for parking?

    Hi Cathy,

How wonderful that your parents will be heading to Disney's All-Star Movies Resort to see you during your visit.

Often, Disney Resort hotels will allow a Guest Parking Pass to be issued to a visiting relative who is meeting up with you. I would suggest that you ask a Cast Member at the desk when you check-in if it's possible to obtain a parking pass for your parents who are coming to see you. If space permits, the request is usually granted. .

Once you have successfully obtained a parking pass for your parents, let them know to advise the Cast Member at the All-Star Movies Resort parking gate that they are visiting a Guest, and then you'll need to meet them after they've arrived to place the parking pass in their windshield.

If the All-Star Movies Resort is exceptionally full at the time and there are no extra parking spaces available to allow for this, your next best bet would be to have your parents pay the daily parking fee to park at one of the Theme Parks and then meet up with you.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
