we will be staying at Saratoga Springs in April. How do we get our magic bands before our stay?

    Hi Joe!

Disney’s Saratoga Springs Resort & Spa is a great choice for your upcoming Walt Disney World Resort vacation. There are not one, but two feature pools at the resort, and don’t miss out on some amazing dining and shopping at nearby Downtown Disney.

If you would like to customize and receive your Magic Bands prior to your Walt Disney World Resort vacation, you would do this via My Disney Experience. If you don’t already have an account, it is simple and quick to create one.

Once your account is created, you can link your resort reservation number and tickets under the My Reservations and Tickets option. From the My Account heading, choose Magic Bands and Cards. On that page you will be able to choose the colors and names to be printed on your family’s Magic Bands, as well as confirm your shipping address. If you do not personalize your bands you will receive standard bands when you check-in for your resort stay.

I strongly recommend creating a My Disney Experience account if you don’t already have one, and downloading the My Disney Experience App if you have a smartphone. This is the same account you will use if you would like to reserve FastPass+ for your family’s trip, up to 60 days prior to your resort reservation. My family appreciates knowing that we have FastPass+ reservations for our favorite attractions, and I find the wait times in the smartphone app to be very accurate while touring the parks.

I hope you and your family have fun personalizing your very own Magic Bands on the My Disney Experience site!
