Staying at Port Orleans Riverside this Sept. We have breakfast reservations at Chef Mickey's at 7:30. Planning on riding the monorail over to Magic Kingdom. From there What would be the best way to travel from the resort to Chef Mickey's by 7:30?

Hi Stan and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

The best way to get from Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside to Chef Mickey's would be to take the bus from your Disney Resort hotel to the Magic Kingdom Park and then from there, take a short 5-10 minute walk over to Disney's Contemporary Resort.

As your Advance Dining Reservation is for 7:30 AM, I would recommend that you aim to be at the bus stop at your Disney Resort hotel by no later than 6:30 AM on the day of your dining reservation at Chef Mickey's. I would also encourage you to stop by the front desk at your Disney Resort hotel the day before your dining reservation to double check that the Walt Disney World Bus Service will be operating at that time of the morning.

If you want to experience the monorail, I would suggest taking the Resort Monorail from Disney's Contemporary Resort to the Magic Kingdom Park once you have enjoyed your breakfast with Mickey Mouse & pals.

Wishing you a magical trip filled with memories which will last a lifetime!
