    Joanne Asked

We are staying in port Orleans Riverside in May. Do I need to pack towels?

Hello, Joanne. Thanks for asking your question here at the Disney Parks Moms Panel.

I think you are going to really enjoy staying at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside. It's a fantastic resort. Inside of your resort hotel room, there will be plenty of towels for you to use during your stay which will be replenished daily. You'll also find towels to use at Ol' Man Island while you're enjoying the swimmin' hole and towels within all of the quiet pool areas. If you find yourself needing additional towels during your stay, don't hesitate to call housekeeping and request them. They will be happy to bring you more.

While you are staying at Disney's Port Orleans Resort - Riverside be sure to stop by the River Roost and enjoy some entertainment by local legend Yehaa Bob. Guests of all ages can join in on the fun while listening to some good old Disney standards, songbook classics and kid-friendly ditties on the piano.

I hope this helps. Enjoy you stay!

Meet the Panelist: Jackie, North Carolina

I love all things Walt Disney World.  In fact, since becoming Annual Passholders, my family of 3 is always hopping in the car for a quick trip to visit with Mickey Mouse!  I've been known to make the 8 hour each way drive to Walt Disney World (in one day!) to indulge in a Mickey Waffle or enjoy a sunny day at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon Water Park.  I may have a small family, but we are always up for some BIG fun at the Walt Disney World Resort.   Learn More About Jackie
