We are staying at Port Orleans- Riverside and have the dining plan. Do I need to use a quick service or snack credit at Riverside Mill Food Court if I want my 2 year old to have her own food? Or can I get her her own plate?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Nicole! Thank you for stopping by with your question about one of my favorite Disney World Resorts!

You will immediately fall for Disney's Port Orleans - Riverside and its beauty. You will love its architecture, décor, landscaping and its cozy environment.

At Riverside Mill Food Court, you can use your meal credits as you prefer. You will find great options for a quick-service meal or a snack, depending on how hungry you both are and what you'd like to get. Your two-year-old daughter can share from your plate as she is Mickey Mouses's guest and won't have to pay for her own meals or admission tickets. You could also order a meal for your daughter and pay out of pocket, but that is up to you.

In this link, you will find the menu for Riverside Mill Food Court for the three different meal periods so that you can get an idea of you can order. You can also wait till you get there and all Cast Members there will guide you as to what you can use your meal entitlements on.

Nicole, please come see us again with more and more questions as you continue to plan your vacation.

I wish you and your daughter a fantastic trip to the Walt Disney World Resort!

    Happy Disney Dining!

Meet the Panelist: Desiree, Peru

Hi! I'm Desiree from Lima, Peru. My family will never ever tire of visiting the Most Magical Place on Earth, even if means traveling almost 3,000 miles to do so! My husband and I love to watch the fireworks with our kids, but the best magic happens when the grandparents come along and we all feel the same age in front of Cinderella Castle! I love giving tips about different types of resorts and traveling with multigenerational groups.
