    Kirsty Asked

We are staying at port Orleans in October and have  the quick service dining plan, can you give me some advice on the best way to use the plan and a list or where we can and can't use it? Thanks

Howdy Kirsty! Brochures for all of the Disney Dining Plans are on the Walt Disney World Resort website. One will also be given to you when you check-in at Disney's Port Orleans Resort. Speaking of Port Orleans, the Riverside Mill Food Court is one of my favorite Resort hotel food courts! 6 different stations feature a taste of New Orleans.

There are countless quick-service dining options. Some of my favorites include: Magic Kingdom Park: Be Our Guest is a fantastic quick-service option for lunch (it is a table service entitlement for dinner). It is VERY popular. If you want to dine there, you will need to plan to be in line early. It will be worth the wait! Columbia Harbour House and Cosmic Ray's Starlight Café are also high on our list! Epcot: Cantina de San Angel in Mexico and Sunshine Seasons in The Land are both great! We love the nachos at the Cantina and Sunshine Seasons offers a variety of options. Disney's Hollywood Studios: my fabulous friend and fellow panelist, Jill, introduced my family to the ribs at Fairfax Fare. They are messy but so yummy! Disney's Animal Kingdom Theme Park: Flame Tree Barbecue has delicious roasted chicken. From there, head to Tamu Tamu Refreshments and have, what I consider, is the best chocolate shake at Walt Disney World. Downtown Disney: Wolfgang Puck Express is a must do dining experience. The food is amazing and the portions are huge!!

Throughout Walt Disney World, you will see a purple square symbol. Look for it on menu boards, food courts and in merchandise stores. That symbol indicates you may use your snack credits to purchase a yummy treat.

You will find more than enough options to satisfy any craving your party might have during your vacation. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!

Thanks for your question and please let me know if you need any further information. Have a magical day!!
