    David Asked

We are staying at the Port Orleans French Quarter in July. Where can we eat a table service breakfast on the day we check out? Are there any resorts within walking distance? Our plane leaves from Orlando at 3:50.

    Hello David,

Port Orleans - French Quarter (POFQ) is one of my favorite Resorts! And while I don't mind grabbing a bite to eat at the Sassagoula Floatworks and Food Factory, I do wish POFQ had a sit down restaurant.

The closest table service restaurant is Boatright's Dining Hall at nearby Port Orleans - Riverside. Unfortunately, they do not serve breakfast.

But since your flight does not leave until late afternoon, I think you have plenty of time to leave the Resort to have a great dining experience. Have you considered maybe taking Disney transportation to the Magic Kingdom and then hopping onto the Monorail to a neighboring Resort. The Grand Floridian, Contemporary Resort and Polynesian Resort all offer wonderful breakfasts. How about Tonga Toast at Kona Cafe? Or spend your last day with Mickey and the gang at Chef Mickey's. An 8 a.m. reservation gives you plenty of time to eat, greet, and still make it back for a ride on the Magical Express!

    Hope this helps!
