hi!! We are staying at Pop......I was wondering if I could order a bday cake for my daughter and have it waiting in our room when we checked in?? If so how would I do this????

    Hi, Christine!

Yeah!  I love Disney birthday celebrations!  There is no better place to have a magical birthday party than Walt Disney World.

Generally, only resorts with in-room dining (Deluxe Resorts) offer cake deliveries to guest rooms.  I would call the Cake Hotline to see what they can do for you at Pop Century.  They can be reached at (407)827-2253.

Let me give you some other options:
-Order a cake through the Cake Hotline and pick it up yourself at your resort bakery
-Any table service restaurant can bring out a cake for you. You can order at the podium when checking in for dining reservation.  They can give you pricing on a delicious cake.
-To have a magical gift waiting for your princess, order a surprise from www.DisneyFlorist.com.  They have amazing choices that will be delivered right to your room.
-Let your server know at any table service location that you are celebrating a birthday and they will sometimes bring out a sweet treat for the birthday girl.
-My kids always love a cupcake from the Main Street bakery for special celebrations.  There is something very magical about a birthday cupcake on Main Street!

There are plenty of cakes to be found in Walt Disney World, you just have to decide what works best for you.  Start with a call to the Cake Hotline and go from there.  Let me know if you need more help getting it all organized.  Wish your princess a Happy Birthday from all of us at the Moms Panel!
