Pop Century Pool

We are staying at POP the week of Thanksgiving this year. It's our first time staying at POP and we have a standard view room. Our biggest concern is the walk to the bus stop, which area/building is the best to request to get us at the shorted walk?

Welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel, Chelsey! I love staying at Disney’s Pop Century Resort! Most of my visits in the last two years have been at this lovely Resort Hotel, where I love to visit Everything Pop and look out over Hourglass Lake.

When reserving a standard view room, I tend to enjoy the 50’s and 70’s buildings since they flank the lobby building. The 80’s buildings aren’t a far walk after you learn the shortcuts, and they are close to the side parking lot, but you’ll want to ask for the aforementioned buildings if possible. I like to ask for a non-pool view, only because I like a peaceful room for naps, early bedtimes and more. I’m an early riser to rope drop!

If I can help you find more fun at Disney’s Pop Century Resort, please let me know. Check out the 1960’s pool with flower shapes and crazy water jets. It’s so groovy and a great way to spend a chill afternoon! I’ll see ya’ real soon! ~ Lindsey P.
