We are staying at POP from Nov. 21-27 with our two adult daughters, husbands, and 5 grandkids (2 4-yr olds, 2 2-yr olds, and a 8 mo. old). Since we will have 2 double strollers and a single, would it be easier to drive to the parks in our cars?

    Hi Debbie!

How wonderful that your extended family is spending a week at Disney together!  My children love it when their grandparents join us on our Disney adventures.  We generally use Disney transportation to travel to and from the parks.  We find it to be convenient, reliable, and in many cases, easier than using our car.  At the Magic Kingdom, for example, if you drive, you will need to park at the Ticket and Transportation Center (TTC) and then either take a monorail or boat to the park's main gates.  The bus from Pop Century Resort will drop you at the park's entrance.  I have used Disney buses, boats and monorails with single and double strollers, and never had a problem.  In fact, you will be in good company with many guests who are bringing strollers, small children and lots of  "park gear" on board with them!

If we rent a car, we do find it useful for traveling between resorts for dinner reservations, however.  For example, if you have reservations at Chef Mickey's, you may want to drive from Pop Century to the Contemporary rather than taking a bus to Magic Kingdom and then transferring to a monorail to the resort.  When travelling between resorts, it is often more direct and quicker to drive.

However you chose to navigate "the World," have a magical trip!
