Hi! We will be staying at Pop Century next week and when we booked we didn't understand the value of a preferred room. We have 2 small kids, how long should we expect our walk to be from our room to Classic Hall or to transportation?

    Hi Sarah!

Thank you for bringing your question to the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

Disney's Pop Century Resort is such a bright, fun place to stay, but it is fairly large and spread out. Walking from the very last building to the bus stops and main areas generally takes between 5-10 minutes, depending on how quickly you walk. You will find that you can cut through parking lots to take a more direct route to your building. I don't believe it will be a huge deal for your family, but I would definitely ask for the closest room available in your room category when you check in.

Be sure to check out all of the recreational activities offered at Disney's Pop Century Resort. There are so many fun things to do, but the Movies Under the Stars is my very favorite. It's the perfect way to wind down and end a magical day. Disney movies are even better when you're watching them from Walt Disney World Resort.

I also recommend downloading the My Disney Experience mobile app, if you haven't already. It's a very valuable tool for navigating the parks and resorts. It's also a great way to keep all of your plans organized and in one place.

I hope this helps! Please let me know if you have any other questions, and have a great trip!
