Staying at the Pop Century in May, have never stayed on site, a little worried about transportation - specifically on our first day. Arriving on a Sunday and want to get to MK ASAP! Flight should arrive by 9:30 am, using Magical Express. Advice? Thanks!!

    Hi Becky!

It's so exciting planning the final details, isn't it? You will find staying on site to be incredibly convenient. I hope you've checked out the Extra Magic Hours, too, exclusive to Disney Resort Hotel guests!

In my experience having utilized Disney's Magic Express multiple times, I've never arrived at my Disney Resort Hotel past 1.5 hours from landing. In most cases, I'm there in just over an hour.

When you arrive at Disney's Pop Century, your room will likely not be ready. Don't worry, as you'll be able to store any carry-ons with bell services and head directly out to Magic Kingdom after check in! Providing the front desk with your cell phone number will allow them to notify you via text of your ready room that afternoon!

My best advice is to carry a backpack on the plane with the items you intend to use at the Parks later. I try to remember sunscreen in a TSA approved container, sunglasses, camera, poncho AND the autograph book!

Have a MAGICAL trip, Becky, and visit us again with any other questions coming to mind.
