Staying @ the Poly in Sept., have a 5 & 3 yr olds, and my ? is... How do I request a certin building/room for the hotel, call ahead/request when we get there? Also, do you have any suggestions on a good building for my family? Thank you, love the pane

    Thanks, Diane!!

I think you'll really enjoy the Polynesian.

You should have your requests noted on your reservation prior to arrival. For instance, if the building is the most important request have that noted first. Some guests prefer to be near or away from elevators. Just make sure that you do not give too many requests and that when you do they are noted in order of importance.

If you have booked a standard garden view, my favorite building is Tokelau. It's so nice walking to the building and being able to see Cinderella's Castle in the distance. I also like the easy access to the beach for enjoying the Wishes fireworks. It is located close to the path to the Transportation and Ticket Center so you can monorail to Epcot quickly. It's also convenient to the Great Ceremonial House. The quiet pool nearby is nice for a quick swim. Although you must swim in the main Nanea volcano pool while watching the fireworks. Very memorable!

A short walk out to Sunset Point is an inspiring way to start or end your day at WDW. The view is magical.

Rooms at the Poly are very large and underwent a rehab in 2006. Tokelau rooms are a roomy 476 sq. feet!

    Aloha!!
