We are staying at the Poly for 3 nts (5/1-4) then off to the DCL for 4 nts. So we are packing in tons in a short time at WDW. We plan to go from Epcot to HS on day 2 of our trip (our only day at either) what is the best way to go from Epcot to HS?

There are actually three ways to get from Epcot to Disney's Hollywood Studios.

    1. If you are near the front of Epcot (near the Spaceship Earth "golf ball"), exit the park, go to the bus transportation area and look for the bus to Disney's Hollywood Studios. The trip takes about 10 minutes.

    2. If you are in the World Showcase area of Epcot, go to the International Gateway exit (in between France and England) and leave the park from the there. You will see a dock for the Friendship boats. Board one of these and you will be taken to the Studios. The trip takes about 15 minutes. It is very pleasant and the Epcot area resorts that you will pass are beautiful.

    3. You could walk between the two parks. Exit Epcot from the International Gateway as above. Walk forward until you see the Boardwalk and bear left. Once you pass the Boardwalk hotel, bear left again and follow the path to the Studios. The walk is about a mile and half. Nice to do if the weather is pleasant and you're not in a hurry.

Hope you have a great trip -- land and sea!
