Staying at PO Riverside 23-29 Sept w DH, DS 6 &DD 2. I notice that the horse-drawn carriages reservations can be made 180 days ahead. Is there any chance that the carriage rides won't be filled at that time and we just hop on one evening? Thanks Moms

    Hi Stacey,

Late September is usually a fairly low crowd time at Walt Disney World. If there ever were a time that last minute carriage rides would be available, that's it. However, there is absolutely no guarantee of walk-up ability and, of course, reservations would take precedence.

In my experience it sometimes helps to make a reservation even just a day or two in advance, or even that morning. For example, if you see in the morning that your schedule will allow you some quieter time in the evening, call and make a reservation for later that day.

Good luck with your planning. Please let us know if you need additional assistance.
