We're staying onsite in April. Our party will arrive on different days due to work issues. Can the first person arriving check in for everyone and will all the magic bands be activated or will the second arrivals need to check in themselves too?

    Hi Wayne,

So glad to know you'll be spending a magical time at Walt Disney World Resort this coming April. A few months, but you'll see how time flies!

Such timing with your question! I've recently stayed at Disney's Pop Century Resort and I arrived a day later than everyone else. You do want to make sure that the primary Guest in the reservation is the one that arrives first and checks in the Resort hotel, and that everyone is linked in the My Disney Experience account. After Check-In, all of your party's MagicBands will become active. I walked straight from Disney's Magical Express to my Resort hotel room and my MagicBand worked perfectly.

One last tip: did you know that you can customize your MagicBand with your name and choose from several fun colors? Guests living in the US can have them shipped to their house, but international Guests should not worry - they will be waiting for them upon Check-In. See you real soon!

    Ricardo.
