    We are staying at old key west in 2 weeks. We keep going back and forth between buying food at the hotel or getting it delivered to us by a grocery store. Which way is cheaper? Also do they have a lot of options for food at OKW?

    Kate I can certainly understand why you are wobbling between buying groceries at Disney's Old Key West Resort and having a grocery deliver because the price difference is practically negligible. 

    If you want the basics- peanut butter, bread, milk, and breakfast items- a quick stop at the Conch Flats General Store will suffice. Expect to pay resort prices but there is no delivery charge. Ordering from a grocery such as Garden Grocer will  provide more options. Expect to pay a little more than at your average grocery plus a small delivery charge. Just search for Garden Grocer Orlando online to see prices and selection. If you need more than just a few food necessities, delivery is probably the way to go.
