    Cathy from MI Asked

Staying offsite and bought tickets, magic bands and linked them, do we still have to get our tickets when we get to the park since they are linked already? 15 of us going beginning of Nov so excited!! Also doing the Christmas party and those tickets linked

Hi Cathy! I’m so glad you’re back with another question for us here at the Disney Parks Moms panel! I absolutely love visiting the Walt Disney World Resort during the Holidays! You’re going to have such a great time!

Cathy, it sounds like you’re on top of it! You’re saving your family lots of time by having your MagicBands, theme park and Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party tickets already linked to your My Disney Experience account! You also want to make sure those tickets are assigned to each member of your party.

I’ve never had an issue entering the theme parks using tickets already linked to My Disney Experience for anyone in my group. I would say you don’t have to pick up your tickets at Guest Relations when you’re entering. But I would recommend that you have your confirmation numbers and photo ID with you just in case you have an issue.

Since you’re staying off-site, make sure to remember when you’re 30 days out from your magical vacation. That way you can make your FastPass+ selections for your party. There’s also still time to make any dining reservations for your group before your stay.

Holidays at the Walt Disney World Resort always feel a little extra special. The Magic Kingdom Park is all lit up with Christmas decorations and Mickey and his friends are dressed in their Holiday best.

I hope you and your family have a wonderful visit! Stop by again to see us if you have any additional questions. Helping you with all the details of your magical stay is our pleasure!
