    Janice from OH Asked

Hi Moms! We're staying off site this December and I was wondering do we need to have our park tickets purchased prior to making our ADRs ?

Hi Janice, and thanks for sending this delicious question our way!

My favorite part of the planning for every Walt Disney World Resort vacation is planning our dining experiences. While it is always a challenging task to whittle down the list of our top restaurants, there is nothing more satisfying once we have our final reservations lined up to start thinking...and drooling...over all of the wonderful cuisine we will enjoy during our trip!

Janice, even though you will not be staying at a Walt Disney World Resort hotel, your dining reservation window will still open 180 days in advance. You will not need to have Theme Park tickets purchased in order to start making your Disney dining reservations. However, you should be aware that while Walt Disney World Resort hotel guests are able to book dining reservations for their entire stay (up to 10 days) starting 180 days in advance of their Resort check-in, when staying off site you will only be able to book dining reservations for each day of your trip starting no earlier than 180 days in advance.

Janice, I hope this information is helpful to you as you countdown to your trip. Should you have any other questions, please pass them along. We would be happy to hEAR from you again!

    Magically Yours,

    Trish
