I am staying at a non-disney resort for our visit to WDW. Can I purchase passes for the Disney transportation system (monorail, boat, buses). Or is it only for WDW resort guests? If I can, where do I purchase and what is the cost?

    Hi Robin,

You are absolutely welcome to use any of the Disney buses, boats or buses at no charge.  These services are provided complimentary to all Walt Disney World guests and is not limited to just Walt Disney World Resort guests.  You will not be required to show anything to board either of these modes of transportation.

The only exception would be Disney's Magical Express which provides bus service to and from the Orlando Airport to Disney Resorts. That service is complimentary as well but you must be a Walt Disney World Resort Guest to take advantage of it.

I've stayed off property during many of my visits and have never had a problem with any of the Disney transportation options.  So climb aboard and let the adventures begin!

Wishing you many magical memories :-) Allison
