We are staying for 3 nights but have a 5 day base ticket. Is it possible to use the park tickets prior to our arrival at the resort (ie. we arrive on the 10th, but would like to use our tickets from the 8th)? If yes, how do we do this? Thank you!

    Hi Sarah-Jane,

Thank you for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel with your question. I'm sure you are super excited about your upcoming trip. Hope it's very soon! Oh, and don’t forget to purchase Memory Maker at least 3 days in advance in order to save some Disney Dollars.

If you've made a room-only reservation and purchased Theme Park Tickets separately, then you are welcomed to use these at any time, except that you should note that they expire after 14 days of first use. In this case, no problem, and just go early.

Now, if you made a reservation for a Magic Your Way Vacation Package, the Theme Park Tickets are tied to your hotel reservation and will become available on the day your Check-In. However, you can request the Theme Park Tickets in person, up to three days prior to your Check-In, by visiting Guest Relations at the entrance of any of the Theme Parks, or in Disney Springs. Note that for these days you would not be able to make FastPass+ reservations in advance, however you will definitely be able to make same-day ones.

One last tip: Make sure you download the My Disney Experience mobile app in order to manage your day to day activities, FastPass+ and even restaurant reservations. See you real soon!
