We’re staying at Music. We have an early morning Bon Voyage Breakfast at Trattoria on Wed. What transportation do we take to get there? What do we take from there to MK?

    Hi Rachel!

Thanks for stopping by the Disney Parks Moms Panel!

The Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast, held on select mornings at Trattoria al Forno Restaurant, is one of the newest Character Dining offerings at Walt Disney World Resort. The breakfast event features Characters from beloved Disney films such as Tangled and The Little Mermaid. If you're lucky, maybe you'll get to experience "the smolder" from Flynn Rider as you're enjoying some delicious pancakes!

With Disney's Complimentary Resort Transportation,  you should have no trouble getting to a fairly early breakfast reservation to enjoy this fun dining experience! On the morning of your Bon Voyage Adventure Breakfast reservation, the buses to Disney's Hollywood Studios should begin running one hour prior to park opening (typically 9am), so the first bus should depart around 8am. My suggestion would be to arrive at the bus stop by 7:45am to to catch the first bus of the day (if your reservation is around 8:45-9:00am). Once you reach Hollywood Studios, head past the park entrance to the Friendship Boat launch, and take a short boat ride over to Disney's Boardwalk Resort area. Guests may also walk to the Boardwalk from the entrance of Hollywood Studios - it's about a 10-15 minute walk along Crescent Lake, over to the Boardwalk area, and the Trattoria al Forno Restaurant.

If your reservation is too early to catch one of the complimentary buses, your best bet would be to travel by taxi, Uber or Lyft to make it to your breakfast on time. The restaurant is located on the Boardwalk, right in front of Disney's Boardwalk Inn, so I would have the driver drop you off at the main entrance to the hotel and walk through the lobby to get there. After breakfast, the quickest route to Disney's Magic Kingdom Park would be to walk through to the front of the Boardwalk Inn and catch a bus to the theme park.

I hope this helps with your planning! Have a magical day! - Diane W.
