I will be staying at a moderate resort. We will not have a rental car, and I was wondering if there is a grocery store near by, or another way to get groceries. Also, if we bring a small back pack with our food into the park, where can we store it?

    Hi Sheryl!

No car?  No problem!  All of the resorts on Disney property offer basic grocery items for sale in the gift shop/food court area.  However, if you are looking for a greater selection, I HIGHLY recommend visiting GardenGrocer.com and checking out their offerings.  For a small fee, you can have virtually any food or drink item delivered directly to your resort.  If you don't see something for sale on the website, be sure to ask them anyway - they can typically meet all of your requests!

You are welcome to bring food and drink into the parks, with the exception of alcohol.  While they aren't refrigerated, you can rent lockers at each of the parks.  Many families bring in their own food and you are welcome to picnic at any of the many, many outdoor tables.  Have a fantastic vacation!
