    Dawn from DE Asked

staying at kidani villas in may (cant wait!!) and want to eat at the polynesian (kona) for breakfast one day - what is the best method of getting quickly to this hotel from our villas?

Unfortunately Dawn, getting from resort to resort is not always quick and easy especially for the breakfast dining reservations!  I try to encourage guests to spring for a taxi on days like that as you can get to most locations on property under $15 and you can ask for van cabs if you have a large family. Many cabs will carry car seats in their trunks if you need to request that as well.

If you choose to take the Disney buses you will need to give yourself time.  Select the bus to the Magic Kingdom and then transfer to the Polynesian boat located in front of the park or hop on the resort monorail and the Polynesian will be the third stop.  Either of these options will take about 45 minutes for the trip but you will need to add on another 30 minutes for wait times.  The taxi trip would take approximately 20 minutes.  Sometimes the extra sleep time for the kids is worth the taxi!
