If staying at a good neighbor hotel, booked through Disney, when can I expect to receive my tickets/cards, if at all? Magic Bands have been purchased separately, and are already linked to each guest in our reservation. Check in date is July 2.

Hi Toni and welcome to the Disney Parks Moms Panel! Thanks for bringing us your question about Disney Good Neighbor Hotels!

My family and I have explored many options for hotel stays, both on and off property, when visiting the Walt Disney World Resort and Disney Good Neighbor Hotels have always been a great value for us. I have good news, since you booked your stay through Disney, your ticket information is already linked to your My Disney Experience account, which means your valid park tickets are linked to your account. All you have to do is assign a park ticket to each member in your party and you will be able to make your FastPass+ selections 30 days before your visit.

You can do this by logging into your My Disney Experience account:

-Look under "Park Info & Entry"

-Select "My Tickets" and assign each ticket

    You’re done!

You will be able to pick up your physical park ticket when you check into your hotel, but guess what? You won’t really need it because all the information you need to enjoy the theme parks is already on your MagicBand!

Toni, did you know that you're visiting at a very exciting time? Disney's Hollywood Studios will be celebrating the opening of the new Toy Story Land on June 30th! You may want to check it out. I have a feeling the new ride Slinky Dog Dash will be a blast!

I hope this helps clear everything up for you. Don’t hesitate to come back to see us soon! Helping you plan a memorable trip is our favorite thing to do!
